Opened on New Year’s Eve 2006/07 in Manhattan’s East Village, Death & Co quickly became a cocktail institution, owed greatly to its staff of incredible bartenders. In 2010, Death & Co won Best American Cocktail Bar and World’s Best Cocktail Menu at Tales of the Cocktail Spirited awards. Death & Co continues to receive worldwide recognition as a cocktail industry leader.

Hours of Operation:
Sun – Thurs 6pm to 2am (Kitchen closes at 12:30)
Fri – Sat 6pm to 3am (Kitchen closes at 1:30)
Please note that we do not take reservations. Seating is first come, first served. If there happens to be a wait upon your arrival, the door team will take your name and number and get in touch when seats become available. We are able to accommodate groups of up to 8 people. Last call takes place 30 minutes before close.
Our menus are designed and illustrated by husband and wife team Tim and Kate Tomkinson. As a collaborative effort of Death & Co’s renowned bar team, the cocktail menu changes roughly two times a year. Throughout the years Death & Co’s team has created hundreds of cocktails that helped establish some of the world’s most exciting cocktail trends.
