The first outpost of the brand since its inception in the East Village of New York City in 2007, Death & Co Denver is a multi-faceted food and beverage experience located inside The Ramble Hotel. The Death & Co team oversees multiple venues within the property, including DC/AM, a neighborhood daytime café; The Garden, an outdoor casual bar; Suite 6A, an intimate cocktail lounge; and the marquee Death & Co experience located within the main lobby.


Death & Co Denver aims to be one of the world’s finest cocktail experiences, complimented by delicious food in a beautiful and engulfing setting. Evening service on the hotel’s ground level is the marquee Death & Co experience with an expansive cocktail menu, small-producer wines, and local beers – alongside an ingredient-driven menu of snacks, small plates and large group offerings created by Executive Chef Wes Hamilton and Executive Sous Chefs Kathryn Caine and Quincy Cherrett.

Like its New York flagship, though with a completely new and unique menu, Death & Co Denver offers warm hospitality, attentive, full-table service, knowledgeable staff, and uncompromising quality in all offerings within a grand lobby setting.

Reservations are accepted through Reserve, but please note we hold most of the seating for walk-in guests.  If you are unable to book in advance we will seat you on a first come, first served basis.

DC/AM

A neighborhood hub for morning and early afternoon, DC/AM features signature provisions in a bright and welcoming environment. Guests can start their day with high-quality coffee, tea, or cold press juices, and breakfast bites that include pastries, toasts and sandwiches. As the morning transitions to the early evening, lunch meetings and work sessions are accompanied by cocktails and light fare.

Suite 6A

Suite 6A takes inspiration from the highly-personalized service of Death & Co’s first location and elevates it to an immersive cocktail journey. The intimate space seats 20 guests at a time, either via pre-booked reservations or walk-in. Our menu features highly-creative cocktails utilizing rare ingredients and unique presentations, along with a curated menu of small plates.

Suite 6A will open in September, 2018. Reservations are encouraged and available through Reserve, but please note we hold some of the seating for walk-in guests.  If you are unable to book in advance we will seat you on a first come, first served basis.

The Garden

Fun, lively, and informal, The Garden is a gathering place for sunny afternoons and warm evenings. With an emphasis on casual presentation and sessionable serves, drinks are vibrant and fresh, while the food takes inspiration from modern Middle Eastern fare.

The Garden will open seasonally with seating on a first come, first served basis.
