The first outpost of the brand since its inception in the East Village of New York City in 2007, Death & Co Denver is a multi-faceted dining and drinking experience located inside The Ramble Hotel. The Death & Co team oversees multiple venues within the property, open from 7:30 am through 1:30 am, including DC/AM, a neighborhood daytime café; The Garden, a casual outdoor bar; Suite 6A, an intimate cocktail lounge; and the marquee Death & Co experience located within the main lobby. 

Evening service on the hotel’s ground level is the preeminent Death & Co experience with an expansive cocktail menu, small-producer wines, and local beers – alongside an ingredient-driven dinner menu comprised of snacks, small plates and large group offerings created by Executive Chef Wes Hamilton and Executive Sous Chefs Kathryn Caine and Quincy Cherrett.
